As we've been working very hard over the last few weeks we decided to treat a couple of clients to day out at Benheim Palace, fishing on the lake. Now, the last time I went fishing was at the age of 11 on the beach in Spain.  I can tell you that's a fair way removed from Pike fishing on a lake in the Cotswolds, which is my excuse for not catching anything!  DC on the other hand (all the gear - no idea) successfully caught a giant fictitious re-touchious, a well known fish usually spotted swimming around the web.  Mark King from Spencers of Bromsgrove also got lucky with a similar species as you can see - what a beauty!

Despite my lack of success, I thoroughly enjoyed the day and can recommend the experience just on the surroundings alone.  I think next time though we'll take a serious fisherman who can save us a bit of time retouching the pictures when we get back!
