Same Time Next Year?

Well, we're back, hard at work, and pretty much recovered from our trip down to Le Mans. If you've missed the scarce reports, Audi didn't manage to maintain their domination of the event, finishing third behind two Peugeot 908 HDi-FAPs. What that all stands for isn't immediately obvious, but they didn't look as good as Audi's new R15, so the Germans are still the winners in our book. Same for the Aston Martin Lola V12 prototypes, which sounded uttely fantastic, even if they narrowly missed out on a podium place.

If you haven't spotted them already, take a peek at our Le Mans pics in new Gallery section, added to the left-hand menu for all the pics of our journey down and some of the awesome machinery in the Motor Racing Legends "Le Mans Legend" race which supported the big 24.

Same time next year to see Aston have another crack at overall victory? We're counting the days!
